Every placement probability score breaks down into specific factors: fit signals, risk factors, confidence levels. We show our work. No opaque algorithms making unexplained recommendations.

Human Oversight Required

All intelligence briefs include explicit advisory language: "This is decision support, not a recommendation. Professional judgment required." We never position our platform as a replacement for recruiter expertise.

No Discriminatory Signals

Placement intelligence is based on professional experience, industry background, role fit, and timing. We do not use protected characteristics (age, gender, race, etc.) in our models.

Candidate Privacy

Candidates never interact with VIP CIRCL™ directly. All intelligence is generated for recruiter use only. Candidate data is never sold, shared across firms, or used for purposes beyond the specific search engagement.

Not an ATS

We're not trying to automate high-volume recruiting. VIP CIRCL™ is designed for elite executive search: 10-20 placements per year at $150K+ fee levels.

Not a Candidate Sourcing Tool

We don't scrape LinkedIn, aggregate resumes, or build candidate databases. We work with candidates you've already identified through your professional network.

Not a Replacement for Recruiters

Executive search requires relationship expertise, market knowledge, and nuanced judgment. VIP CIRCL™ augments your expertise—it doesn't replace it.

Not a Recommendation Engine

We provide probability assessments and risk analysis. We don't say "hire this person." The final decision—and accountability—remains with you and your client.

Placement probability models are calibrated on historical outcomes from successful placements. We continuously validate accuracy and adjust for bias in training data.

Explainable Outputs

Every score includes explanation: "Why this probability?" Risk factors are explicitly listed. Recruiters can review the reasoning behind every assessment.

Human-in-the-Loop

No automated actions. Intelligence briefs are generated on-demand, reviewed by recruiters, and used to inform—not replace—professional judgment.

Continuous Improvement

We collect feedback on placement outcomes to refine our models. Firms can request custom calibration based on their specific practice area and placement patterns.
